All payments made for online Mentorship are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Once the payment is successfully completed, no refund shall be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

- Change of mind
- Personal reasons
- Lack of time
- Course not meeting expectations
- Noy following the schedule
- Internet / device issues on the student’s side
- Exam postponement or cancellation
Refunds may be considered only in rare and unavoidable circumstances, strictly at the sole discretion of Wisdom Exam Works, such as:
- Duplicate payment made for the same course
- Technical error resulting in payment deduction without course access
- Payment made but course access not provided within 2 days due to our fault
Refund Processing Timeline
If a refund is approved:
- It will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method only
- Processing time depends on the bank / payment gateway
Wisdom Exam Works reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
